Hackathon Rules:

Dates: The Alpha Fest Hackathon will be held from June 28th to August 1st.

Eligibility: Participants must be 13 years old or above to join the event.

Project and Submission Requirements: Participants must create a portfolio by coming up with a unique concept. Your project must be unique and not merely cloned from a template. Submissions must contain a detailed explanation of the features and design. Additionally, participants must submit their project's code to the coding club president via Gmail. The email should clearly specify all the extensions and libraries used in the code for proper evaluation.

Prizes: Exciting rewards await the winners! The first-place winner will receive a cash prize of rupees 200, while the second-place winner will be awarded a delightful box of chocolates.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection: Projects will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
a. Code Complexity: The judges will assess the technical complexity of the code implementation. While coding is not mandatory, participants who include functional code in their submissions will have an advantage. The submitted code will be reviewed for its efficiency, structure, and adherence to best practices.
b. Design: The visual appeal and user-friendliness of the project's design will be taken into account. A well-designed interface that enhances the user experience will be favorably evaluated.
c. Creativity: The degree of innovation and originality in the idea and its execution will be considered. Projects that demonstrate unique and inventive approaches to problem-solving will receive higher scores.
The winners will be selected based on the cumulative scores achieved in the above criteria. The judges' decision will be final.
